The intergraded building covering approximately 350,000 sq ft of workspace within the 26 story building having 5000 staff from various prudential subsidiaries. Our work scope was for 14 floors. This project was successfully completed and handed over in 2019, after a ten (10) months programme of works.
The main operational areas include the main retail area on the ground floor, multipurpose facilities on the 2nd floor and various offices throughout levels B1 – level 26.
Our experienced project team managed and coordinated the supply, delivery, fabrication, installation and construction of workstation, carpentry and joinery works, acoustic controlled conference/ meeting room, open offices, collaborative spaces, recreational spaces including breakout, pantry and rest & recuperative areas.
Our engineering services encompassed the provision of all second fix mechanical & electrical and IT infrastructure to support the overall operations. Apart from the fit out of general areas, PLM also provided critical infrastructure to support the new server room, which requires an early handover.
