DoubleTree by Hilton is a full-service hotel brand with more than 450 hotels in 39 countries.

PLM was engaged to provide interior fit-out and MEP works for the reception & lobby lounge, wine & grill bar, Italian restaurant, Makan-Makan restaurant, pool, poolside bar, function rooms, banquet halls including kitchens and back of house. The project covered 120,000 square feet, from the lower ground floor up to the 34th floor.

Given the complexity of the design, coupled with the long lead-on times required for the premium finishes, achieving the tight program was paramount. Through a meticulously planned and closely monitored procure process, a regular review of the construction progress and the close cooperation, high commitment and collective effort of all parties, the project was completed within a 20-week construction period.
