Eastin Hotel

Eastin Hotel is a 5-star business class hotel located in the heart of the central commercial district of Kuala Lumpur.

PLM was appointed to complete the refurbishment of the front of house areas, including the conference room, coffee house, ballroom and function rooms, as well as the gym, executive lounge, cigar room, reception lobby, business centre and level 12 lobby. The works comprised a total area of 55,000 square feet.

Being a live hotel project in an ongoing operating environment, extensive night work was involved throughout. The most challenging aspect of the refurbishment was the demolishment of the existing spiral staircase in the lobby, which involved the removal of major structural framework at night. The project was completed in 6 months.
