Cavin Chan Chee Hong

Cavin Chan started his career as a Quantity Surveyor and has worked in leading building construction and interior-fit out organizations.

He also has project finance experience. He joined PLM as a senior contracts manager in 2007 and has played a pivotal role in the company since then. He was promoted to Contracts Director in 2013 and is responsible for the contractual and project finance aspects of a project post award.
